The binary eluent system consisted of methanol:water 90:10 (vol/vol; eluent A) and methanol:water 10:90 (vol/vol; eluent B). Analysis of the eluent from the chromatographic column may be by absorbance with a spectrophotometer, fluorescence with a fluorometer, mass spectroscopy, or immunodetection with an enzyme-linked immunoassay. The detector operates with eluent flow rates from 1 [micro]l/min, to 500 [micro]l/min. |
