I remember several years ago when the DSA wanted to shut Cathays Test Centre in Cardiff and Barry Test Centre and base it all at Fairwater Test Centre in Cardiff.
Today South Wales Police officers travelled to Devon to arrest the man, who is being interviewed at Fairwater police station in Cardiff.
What they don't understand is that Birdies Lane is very popular with some, especially in the evening, and I for one have spent many a happy hour in that wilderness that separates Fairwater from Ely.
