i. The area of the airport where aircraft are parked while they are being prepared for flight. Also called the apron, ramp, and tarmac. See apron.
ii. In reconnaissance missions, the prescribed ground path across targets.
iii. The precise movement of a civil photogrammetric aircraft along a predetermined course(s) at a predetermined altitude during the actual photographic run.
iv. Predetermined directional line of flight within a flying display area. Also called a show line.
