(electronics) Ferrite storage consisting of a number of parallel lengths of fine prism-shaped tubing, each surrounding an insulated axial conductor that acts as a word line; the lengths of tubing are intersected at right angles by parallel sets of insulated wire bit lines that are displaced slightly from the word lines; each intersection stores one bit.
