follicular lymphoma [fə′lik·yə·lər lim′fō·mə]
(medicine)
A premalignant lymphoma in which the lymph nodes show enlarged follicles composed predominantly of closely packed, large reticuloendothelial cells.

Follicular lymphoma is defined as a neoplasm of follicle center B lymphocytes (centrocytes and centroblasts) that has at least a partially follicular growth pattern.
