Content analysis was used to examine the Web sites, and meaning units were identified through an inductive process (Lincoln & Guba, 1985). Themes were identified according to the constant-comparative procedures described by Lincoln and Guba (1985). Guba (1981) proposed "trustworthiness" as a surrogate measure for validity and reliability in naturalistic inquiries. |
