On 06 September 2009, Murad Mohammed Abu Haikal, 19, and Labib Mohammed Abu Haikal, 16, from Hebron, were attacked by Israeli settlers living in Ramat Yishai settlement outpost in the Tal Rumaida neighborhood, central Hebron.
Despite the incentives provided, many companies are still reluctant to report their earnings, according to Sofian Haikal, the director of brokerage firm Cham Capital.
