| Figures from wireless media company iTouch show that 50,000 Australian children aged 5-9 own a mobile phone, and that is expected to rise to 80,000 by 2005. To ensure complete customer protection, Marathon has teamed up with optical transport leader, iTouch Communications, and its Fiber Driver product family to provide the long distance fiber connectivity needed to ensure communication between the split systems.
