Sluggo and Escar-go are iron phosphate baits that are more expensive but less toxic than the more common metaldehyde baits.
Aluminum, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, iron phosphate treated steel (Bonderite[R] 1000), and zinc phosphate treated steel (Bonderite[R] 952) were used to conduct the paint property studies.
