Pathol an abnormal constriction of a tubular organ, structure, or part
the organic narrowing of a tubular organ having a comparatively small lumen, such as the ureter, urethra, and biliary duct. The term “stricture” is frequently used as a synonym for the term “stenosis.”
Abnormal narrowing of a passage, such as a vessel, duct, or the intestine. Also known as constriction.
