(electronics) Integrated circuit of components formed on a single silicon slice, but with the various components interconnected by beam leads and with circuit parts isolated by removal of the silicon between them. (geology) A line on a contour-type map that denotes the aggregate thickness of a single lithology in a stratigraphic succession composed of one or more lithologies.
