Ironically, many of these same people like to praise Hollywood and Southern California for our admirably flexible working style (by which talented teams assemble for single projects then dismantle), but they do not see the flip-side of our otherwise enviable free-lance lifestyle - namely, that key grips by day are Kaiser rejects at night.
