landscape monitor
A computer monitor with a screen wider than it is high. Almost all computer monitors are built with a landscape orientation; however, some monitors can be swiveled into portrait mode. See portrait monitor and landscape. |

| The center monitor is in landscape mode as are most computer monitors. The Samsung monitors at each end are normally in a landscape orientation but can be turned 90 degrees clockwise into portrait mode. |
