Atmel announced recently the immediate availability of the world's only 16-Mbit, In-System Programmable (ISP) FPGA configuration IC in a small footprint 8-pin Leadless Array Package (LAP). Using these chips, Sanyo will start production of leadless ECSP (Environmentally-considered Chip Scale Packages) for Infineon. In addition to the popular small-outline eight-pin SOIC package, the CS3003 is available in a new leadless 4 x 4 mm leadless QFN package. |
