light version

    0.01 sec.

light version

An abbreviated version of a software application that is either bundled with a new computer or freely available from a Web site. The light version may have limited functionality or be supported by advertisements, or both. Light versions typically have no tech support. Upgrading to the full version for a fee eliminates the ads, provides tech support and may include more program features. See shareware.
