Hong Kong Oxygen (HKO), a joint venture (JV) between BOC and Air Liquide, has expanded its position in China by signing a contract to build an air separation unit (ASU) and a liquefier to supply Zhujiang Iron & Steel Corporation's (ZIS), steel making operations in the Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China. Among other elements, the CPUC decision provided funding for the involvement of PG&E and SoCalGas in a program to use pipeline pressure changes to develop a small-scale gas liquefier. |
