1. A box in a theater.
2. The front section of a mezzanine or lowest balcony in a theater; usually separated by an aisle and/or railing from the section behind it.

Loge 

a group of seats in a theater set apart by barriers. Loges are located along the parquet and behind it (ground tier) and along the upper tiers. They surround and seem to widen the theater hall. Loges first became popular in the 16th and 17th centuries with the appearance of large public theaters in European cities.
