A macrocycle is a long phase such as a semester and the microcycle is a shorter phase such as a day or week of class. As mentioned earlier, our program is broken up into two macrocycles. People continually reinvent their careers, moving freely among, within, and outside the macrocycles and roles previously identified as the anticipated career paths of "healthy" individuals. |
