It is planning to launch its premium single malt whiskey brands - Macallan and Highland Park - priced over USD 70 (Rs 3,500) in India soon.
Firstly, a single malt whiskey is one which comes from a single distillery, whereas a blended whiskey is one which sources different whiskeys from various distilleries.
Pelletier will tap two barrels of barley malt whiskey that have been aging since 2004.
