Manchineel 

(Hippomane mandnella), a tropical plant of the family Euphorbiaceae that grows in Mexico, on the Antilles Islands, and in Colombia. It is a small tree with ovate-lanceolate leaves and drupelike fruits. Its leaves and bark contain a poisonous milky sap.
