Mano

Mano 

(self-designation, Mah, Mana), a people living in Liberia and the Republic of the Ivory Coast. Population, including the Dan, Kweni, and other related peoples, approximately 600,000 (1967, estimate). The Mano language is related to the Mande language family. The Mano religion consists of the worship of natural forces and ancestor worship; some Mano profess Islam. Their occupations are farming (millet, rice) and cattle breeding.
