A presentation at the Al Ghazali centre in Liverpool was also held with Health@Work chairman Andy Hull and MEDS company secretary Galib Khan presenting certificates.
Their success has recently been rewarded with a Princes' Trust sponsored award from MEDS in recognition of their outstanding achievements and determination with their business idea.
Lord Lieutenant Alan Waterworth, the Rt Rev Dr Rupert Hoare and former city council chief Sir David Henshaw received their MEDS Chairman's special awards at the event in Sefton Park's Lace Conference Centre which drew an audience of more than 260.
