meta refresh
An HTML command that switches you to a different Web page within a specified amount of time. It is used to briefly display an outdated page and send the visitor to the new page. Fast meta refreshes are used to quickly switch doorway pages to the page the user is supposed to see. See doorway page.

The HTML redirect or the META refresh as it is sometimes referred to is still a good way to redirect.
Besides these two tags there Meta copyrights tag, Meta refresh tag, revisit tag, Meta authors tag etc.
Also, there is some suggestion that Google doesn't "like" links that use the META Refresh tag -- do some research before relying on this method.
