(psychology)
A mentally defective individual with a mental age between 7 and 12 years; a child with an IQ between 50 and 69.
Morón 

a city in Cuba. Population, 29,000 (1970). Moron is a railroad junction and the site of a cigar factory; local products also include food and leather footwear. It is a fishing port and has railroad repair shops.
