He suggested a group of mouse emulator solutions--such as head mouse, eye mouse, or Morse code input--for people with severe disabilities, and he concluded that therapists should make their final choice based on experience and adaptation (Anson, 1994).
It also features a Mouse Emulator that gives the user the ability to have computer mouse control built into their ECU.
I do know of one program, called the Mouse Emulator, that let's you do that.
