I do know of one program, called the Mouse Emulator, that let's you do that. KeyStrokes can be used with a mouse, trackball, head pointer, touch screen, or other mouse emulator to type characters into any standard Macintosh application. The EagleEyes system utilizes surface electrodes placed on the user's face, above, below, and to the sides of their eyes, to detect eye or head movement, thus acting as a mouse emulator. |
