The steps taken include all vulnerable areas stabilized, all drains/outlets/drainage devices cleared, all dewatering machines put to 'ready' condition, mud-capping provided on the top of walls, mud-pushtas provided to late period of structures, leveling done at previously noticed gullies, gullies stabilized by burnt brick-flooring and pointing carried out for sound bonding of weak structures.
These were destroyed in place by blasting or mud-capping.
