multiuser NT

    0.02 sec.

multiuser NT

Using Windows NT like a central, timeshared computer. Citrix developed this method with its WinFrame software and subsequently worked with Microsoft to create Windows Terminal Server. Since NT is a network operating system (NOS), it already services multiple users (file server, Web server, etc.); however, multiuser NT refers to Windows Terminal Server and Winframe. See Windows Terminal Server and WinFrame.
