For beans, weather has been a non-issue thus far because traders aren't concerned with corn planting. We don't know right now what the spore load is going to be-whether rust will be a threat or be a non-issue. I find it outrageous that NASA spends millions on every launch of a space shuttle, but increasing federal funding for education is a non-issue in Congress. |
