The first lens, lens system, or mirror through which light passes or from which it is reflected in an optical system; many scientists exclude mirrors from the definition. Also known as object glass.

It appears that in the event of reviewing the Instruction concerning the examination procedure for the higher education establishments of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, this question ought to be set out in a more definite way, which excludes variant readings and raises examination objectiveness.
The purposeful omissions of direct references to the LIU-BC library were used to distance the library, as an institution, and achieve a higher level of objectiveness in the responses.
I'm simply a fan of objectiveness and historical exactness.
