(OH NO! SECOND) The fraction of a second it takes to realize you just made a big mistake on the computer. For example, clicking "No" when prompted to save the document you spent all day composing. Or, clicking "Send" before deleting the profanity you were venting within the message to your boss.
(unit, humour)ohnosecond - (Presumably a play on "nanosecond") The miniscule time it takes to realize that you've just made a BIG mistake like typing rm -rf * in the wrong directory.
