one-click buying

Also found in: Wikipedia 0.01 sec.
one-click buying
The ability to purchase on the Web by clicking a single button on a Web page after selecting your merchandise. Your name, address and credit card information are stored on the vendor's Web server or extracted from a cookie on your computer so you don't have to enter the same information each time you make a purchase from the site. One-click buying also implies that the quantities, shipping and taxes are automatically computed and totaled. See digital wallet and cookie.
