For years, optical recognition units have been used successfully to sort plastics as well as glass.
The tool calculates exposure using a proprietary three-step methodology, starting with optical recognition technology that measures and weighs onscreen variables during event broadcasts, such as a brand's logo clarity, size, duration and location in the broadcast and the amount of clutter onscreen.
He went on to work as an advisor to noted businessman Harold Geneen at IT&T in New York and served as vice president of engineering at ScanData, an optical recognition company.
