But like Turkey Day, Super Bowl Sunday is a quintessential American holiday, a day also made famous for overeating and football on the TV. It's common knowledge that not drinking enough water has been linked to such ailments as constipation, kidney stones, overeating, and dry eyes, mouth, and skin. I see the issue of overeating as connected to the social justice issue of some people who don't have enough to eat. |
