Many specialists and archeologists, as well as scientists involved in anthropology, palaeozoology, Palaeobotany and other scientific fields from Berlin have contributed to researcher's results that also brought fourth to the audiences' attention the challenges facing Jordan resulting from the rapid increase of its population, water shortage and depletion of natural resources.
MATERIAL AND METHODS All specimens mentioned or illustrated in this paper are preserved either in the collections of The Swedish Museum of Natural History, Department of Palaeozoology in Stockholm, and are marked with RM Cn and registration number, or in the Palaeontological Museum, University of Uppsala, Sweden, and marked UM D and registration number.
