Panino 

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Panino Raion. It is situated in the northern part of Voronezh Oblast, RSFSR. Panino has a railroad station (Tulinovo) on the Grafskaia-Anna branch line of the Griazi-Voronezh line. There is a machine shop in the settlement.

I fancy the Emilio Estevez -- a panino of slightly crisp bacon, blue and cheddar cheeses, red onion, mild green chile, and a runny fried egg on house-baked bread -- but the Ally Sheedy -- a combination of Gouda, fried egg, and ultra-ripe tomato on the same toasted fresh bread -- is nothing to sneer at.
After a remarkably friendly welcome, I took a seat amid the cheerful bustle and ordered La Forta, a panino with spicy chorizo, roasted peppers and pecorino cheese.
