Partizan 

an urban-type settlement in Tula Oblast, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Uzlovaia City Soviet. Partizan is situated 8 km from the Uzlovaia railroad station. Coal is mined in the area. A branch of a footwear factory is in Partizan.
