A construction method in permafrost areas in which the frozen ground near the structure is not disturbed or altered, and the foundations are provided with additional insulation to prevent thawing of the underlying ground.

In this article we propose an active islanding detection method based on Voltage Positive Feedback (VPF) and passive method Under/Over Voltage Protection and Under/Over Frequency Protection (U/OVP-U/OFP).
