Young people - who form a large body of current offenders - are by no means born wicked, and past redemption.
I was so disgusted that I could not even bring myself to turn round and ask her to behave - she was clearly well past redemption.
Sorry to sound so harsh,but I think it's just past redemption and it would seem that whatever money is spent now is just throwing good after bad.
