Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden) announced that construction works of its phosphate fertilizer facilities in Ras Az Zawr and Al Jalamid are running smoothly as per schedule and they start production in October 2010.
The productivity of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer will be higher than the production; the production will be higher than the demand.
The State Company for Phosphate currently produces 37 million feet per day of ammonia, urea and phosphate fertilizers and is planning to boost its production to 75 million feet, it added.
