We have developed unique proprietary technologies necessary to produce the components used in various diagnostic tests to include recombinant DNA, protein engineering, and polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, to name a few.
Finally, the invention provides purified polyclonal and/or monoclonal antibodies specifically reactive with Sarcocystis neurona and a method of detection of Sarcocystis neurona utilizing the antibodies of the invention.
The IHC assay was validated using NOVUS rabbit polyclonal antibody, however the assay is not quantitative.
