| Mortality and neurologic, mental, and psychomotor development at 2 years in infants born less than 27 weeks' gestation: the Leiden follow-up project on prematurity. We used BSID-II (Bayley 1993) to assess the infants' mental and psychomotor development (mental, motor) at 6 months of age. The results were two measures, one of memory, language and problem-solving ability (the mental development index) and one of motor control and coordination (the psychomotor development index). |
