| The five shafts with specialized separation discs can be configured in a variety of settings to accomplish different material outputs for such uses as reducing bulk feeding of bales to pulpers or shredders and allowing inspection of material for tramp metals and other contaminants. Two virgin pulp lines supply short fiber (LBKP) and one line supplies long fiber (NBKP) pulp, using OptiSlush batch pulpers followed by HCCleaners, OptiFiner deflakers, and OptiFiner low-consistency refiners. Nine Dragons has also purchased pulpers for a new white-board paper machine at its Dongguan City mill located near Hong Kong. |
