| Throughout this second year (2006-2007), NRPA has partnered with the Citizenship through Sports Alliance (CTSA) to conduct a Grassroots Report Card of Youth Sports in America as requested by the Congressional Caucus on Youth Sports. The report card rates 10 of the largest HMOs in California, representing approximately 95 percent of the state's HMO enrollees. For most teachers, the purpose of a report card is to provide a snapshot of a child's academic, social-emotional, and work skills. |
