Kunwar Muhammad Dilshad said that it has already been mentioned in the section (b) sub-section of section (40) Peoples Representative Act 1976 that Returning Officers will dispatched all attested copies of Consolidation Results to the concern candidate or representatives but why government feels it necessary to include it again in the section 39 of NRO.
ISLAMABAD, May 08, 2009 (Frontier Star) -- The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has authorised all the returning officers (ROs) and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) for the bye-elections on NA-266 (Naseerabad-cum-Jafferabad) to exercise powers of a magistrate of the first class.
But the Electoral Commission want a management board made up of the 32 returning officers and 15 electoral registration officers to be responsible.
