The mineralization intersected in holes RR04-1A, RR04-2, and RR04-3 is believed to represent the distal expression of high-grade Rain/Tess/Saddle-style mineralization that is prospectively associated with either the Northeast fault or the Red Ridge fault zones.
The Red Ridge fault bounds the Rain graben structure on the northeast; the Rain fault bounds the same Rain graben structure on the southwest.
