They are even good with white rinded cheeses like camemberts and brie.
Byline: Barley Ingredients: 1 x 900g piece, boned and rolled brisket of beef' 25g/1oz plain flour, seasoned with salt and pepper' 2tbsp vegetable oil' 115g/4oz lean bacon rashers, rinded and chopped' 450g onions, peeled and diced' 225g/8oz carrots, peeled and diced' 115g celery, diced' 1tbsp Marmite dissolved in 700ml boiling water or beef stock' 55g pearl barley.
