An instrument used to set or angle the teeth of a saw blade so as to make a kerf wider than the thickness of the blade in order to reduce friction.

The third part of director Deepa Patel's Indian trilogy (following Fire and Earth) saw sets attacked in her home country during filming.
The under 18s gigs can now be seen on the last Saturday of every month, and this weekend saw sets from Hertfordshire-based My Passion, who have recently set up their own record label, and local bands Missed the Marks and Killed John Connor.
But away from the main stage, which also saw sets from Groove Armada, LCD Soundsystem, David Guetta and Kelis, the smaller tents, each individually themed, held some hidden gems.
