Without giving a reason, the nine-member US high court refused to take up the complaint against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, five Saudi princes -- four of whom were members of government -- and a Saudi relief agency, brought by "thousands of victims" of the September 11 attacks.
The document, filed with the military commission at the US naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, described the men as belonging to a consultative assembly that focused on planning the September 11 attacks.
