KARACHI, August 20, 2009 (Blochistan Times ): Two member division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed while serving notices to MQM Chief Altaf Hussain, former president Gen Pervez Musharraf and former provincial home minister Wasim Akhtar has summoned them in the court on 31st August for the fresh hearing of the 12th May tragedy.
KARACHI, August 20, 2009 (Frontier Star): Two member division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed while serving notices to MQM Chief Altaf Hussain, former president Gen Pervez Musharraf and former provincial home minister Wasim Akhtar has summoned them in the court on 31st August for the fresh hearing of the 12th May tragedy.
Serving notice that they would take charge of the land was a last resort because no new deal had been signed.
