Last year Modern Society raised eyebrows, scratched heads and provoked a storm of tut-tuts (I'm speculating) by appearing wearing skewbald colours.
This show is always of particular interest to breeders and owners of youngstock, encompassing a large variety of in hand classes, including all the mountain and moorland breeds, riding ponies, hunter ponies, competition horses and ponies, as well as piebalds and skewbalds.
These horses, mainly stocky skewbalds and piebalds, have been a feature of the land around Cardiff for many years and I feel that it would be a shame if they were to disappear.
